From 20 to 24 June, we attended the world-famous trade fair for tube and rod manufacturers in Düsseldorf - Tube 2022. The aim was to present our technical innovations, meet important customers in person and gain an overview of modern trends.

"I was pleased that we were finally able to meet with major customers in person to discuss potential business." Martin Urban, Sales Director, explains his view on the main added value of the fair. Given that the event had been postponed several times thanks to Covid, the opportunity to meet visitors was a real satisfaction. "A big attraction was our interactive TV, where visitors could see 3D models of our equipment." explains Šárka Dohnalová, who was in charge of the whole fair on behalf of Prestar.

Representatives from almost all divisions of the company were present at the fair. The design guys were present and they got a lot of suggestions for further innovative development of our equipment. The entire sales team who had appointments not only with end customers but also with potential dealerships. Finally, our tender centre, who came to be inspired and to have a little look around the competition. Our owner Ing. František Horák, who is a regular visitor of this event.

We have also been honestly collecting suggestions, which we are now processing and will translate into concrete steps, which we will certainly inform you about. In short, the event was a success, so we are looking forward to going to Germany again in two years and doing better again!
