This is the second time we have had the honour of supplying a semi-forest turning device for the same customer. We were awarded this project due to the extreme satisfaction with our first product. We produced a customized device for the client that met all of their specific requirements. During the implementation, we emphasized an individual approach and always tried to meet the customer's needs. Thanks to this successful collaboration, we are delighted not only with the final product, but also with the strong partnership we have built with our customer.
The device for rotating the semi-form is used to remove the moulded model from the sand semi-form. The device can be used to rotate the mould with or without the land. The mould arrives at the device on a roller conveyor. Then, the semi-form is conveyed into the device with the molded model lying on the model plate carrier.
The half-form and the loft are clamped together and rotated 180°. In the clamped state, a punch vibrator is triggered to separate the sand mould from the model. When the vibration phase is complete, the semi-form is opened. The semi-form lying on the loft exits the plant on a roller conveyor. After a further rotation, the model plate carrier with the model exits the device and the device is ready for further use. The whole process of disassembling the semi-mould is in automatic mode.
